    Information Technology (IT) has an important role for an organization in supporting business activities. The implementation of IT supports the transformation of business processes, reduces operational costs (reduce costs), improves service quality to consumers, and ultimately supports organizational performance improvement. In line with the development of IT, currently IT is seen not only as a tool for business activities, more than that, IT has a strategic role in achieving the organization's business goals. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to support adequate IT management so that the existence of an IT infrastructure is needed. Of course, all forms of IT utilization and processing cannot be separated from threats to data integrity and network security. The Riau Provincial Government as part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which is aware of the demands of the develop 1ent of ICT already has many Information Systems, especially in Diskominfo. In achieving the organization's business goals requires risk management for success or smooth achievement. According to Emmett Vaughan and Therese Vaughan, risk management is a scientific approach that aims to overcome all risks by anticipating losses that occur and implementing procedures that are able to minimize losses. There are various methods and tools for risk management analysis, one of which is quite popularly used is FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis). The results of the analysis show that the greatest potential for failure is hardware damage due to irregular maintenance and improper use of RPN 144. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be seen what potential failures have the highest RPN value that must be prioritized first

    Systematic Literature Review Penerapan Metodologi Agile Dalam Berbagai Bidang

    The development of the telephone or cell phone and the internet, its existence has an influence on various aspects of life. Both individual life, social and related to the world of business or business. In addition to simplifying and accelerating the process of communication and information, information technology is also used in business or business activities. Many communication and information tools are used in the activities of the business world, one of which is the application. Applications are generally divided into 3 platforms, namely desktop, web, and mobile. In building an application, it takes a software development methodology that is used for the smooth design or development of an application. Web-based application development has many methods that can be used, one of which is the Agile method. This method is one of the well-known methods because it is considered actual and easy to use. This study uses a systematic literature review method that displays an analysis of agile methods in various fields covering a total of X papers published from 2017 to 2021. This study aims to answer several research questions, namely: 1) Knowing what trend models are used in agile methods, 2) Knowing what fields implement agile methods in their application development, 3) Knowing the application platforms that are most often used in agile methods. The purpose of this research is as a literature study related to the use of Agile and it is hoped that readers will gain knowledge about what Agile methods will be used for their applications.   Keywords: Platform, Agile, Systematic Literature Review.Perkembangan telepon atau telepon seluler dan internet, keberadaannya memberikan pengaruh bagi berbagai aspek kehidupan. Baik kehidupan secara individu, sosial maupun yang terkait dengan dunia usaha atau bisnis. Selain mempermudah dan mempercepat proses komunikasi dan informasi, teknologi informasi juga dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan usaha atau bisnis. Banyak alat komunikasi dan informasi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan dunia usaha, salah satunya Aplikasi. Aplikasi secara umum dibagi menjadi 3 platform yaitu desktop, web, dan mobile. Dalam membangun sebuah aplikasi, dibutuhkan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk kelancaran perancangan atau pembangunan suatu aplikasi. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web memiliki banyak metode yang bisa digunakan, salah satunya adalah metode Agile. Metode ini merupakan salah satu metode yang terkenal karena dianggap aktual dan mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review yang menampilkan analisis metode agile dalam berbagai bidang yang mencakup total X makalah yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab beberapa pertanyaan penelitian yaitu: 1) Mengetahui tren model apa saja yang digunakan dalam metode agile, 2) Mengetahui bidang apa saja yang mengimplementasikan metode agile dalam pengembangan aplikasinya, 3) Mengetahui platform aplikasi yang paling sering digunakan dalam metode agile. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai literatur studi terkait penggunaan Agile dan harapannya pembaca mendapatkan ilmu mengenai metode Agile apa yang akan digunakan untuk aplikasinya.   Kata Kunci: Platform, Agile, Systematic Literature Review

    Lybrary information system whose data began to be organized from 2013 to the present, has recorded 5,477,618 library collections consisting of books, magazines, journals, CDs and so on. While the number of lending transactions continues to grow each year, although the development is not yet significant, it is recorded at around 3% every day. To help the process of analyzing library data patterns, a web-based system has been created using OLAP (Online Analytical Process) technology, with multidimensional data-based data modeling. To prove the simplicity of multidimensional data-based design, access time and join efficiency, in this study the selected data modeling is a star schema. The test results show that the star schema performance in library data is influenced by the amount of data, the cleaning process and the number of joins

    Sistem Informasi Distribusi Semen Berbasis Website dengan Pendekatan E-Supply Chain Management

    Semen merupakan produk yang memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam konstruksi bangunan. Besarnya peranan ini berdampak terhadap tingginya kebutuhan semen, di mana semakin banyak pembangunan, maka akan semakin tinggi permintaan semen di wilayah tersebut. Setiap wilayah memiliki perusahaan distributor yang menjadi perpanjangan tangan manufaktur dalam mendistribusikan dan memasarkan semen yang telah dihasilkan ke tangan agen dan retailer. Perusahaan bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan permintaan kepada manufaktur, menyalurkan semen dari manufaktur ke gudang serta mendistribusikan ke agen dan retailer. Salah satu perusahaan distributor semen adalah PT. Dumai Indah Sejati, perusahaan distributor Semen Padang dan Semen Dynamic yang berlokasi di Kota Dumai, Riau. Perusahaan ini melayani permintaan agen dan retailer semen di seluruh Provinsi Riau dan sekitarnya. Dalam pengelolaannya, perusahaan ini memiliki permasalahan pada monitoring proses distribusi, pengolahan laporan distribusi dan laporan persediaan yang masih manual dan terpisah. Hal ini mengakibatkan perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam perencanaan kebutuhan, pengelolaan proses distribusi dan persediaan barang. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem informasi distribusi semen berbasis website dengan menggunakan pendekatan e-supply chain management yang mengimplementasikan metode Economic Order Quantity dan Reorder Point. Metode pengujian yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi ini yaitu black box testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) dan usability testing. Sistem ini menghasilkan laporan Sales Order, laporan Delivery Order serta laporan persediaan semen di Gudang. Sistem juga menghasilkan rekomendasi kuantitas yang paling ekonomis dan notifikasi waktu pengadaan semen yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian Blackbox menyatakan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik. Hasil pengujian UAT pada admin dan staff yang menghasilkan nilai sebesar 100%, menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator uji dapat diterima oleh user dengan baik dan fungsionalitas dari sistem berjalan dengan baik, sehingga secara keseluruhan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.     Abstract. Politeknik Caltex Riau (PCR), as a private higher education institution withten study programs,has already had a Student Academic System. The universitymanagement has been creating policies based on their intuitions, rather than onacademic data. The current academic data available are still partial and spread in manysources. Some of them have used operational data, while some others are still in theform of files, hindering the operational staff to analyze the data to get the informationrequired by the university’s top management. Data warehouse technology is one ofpossible solutions in data analysis.Methodology in building a data warehouse is ninestep kimball. In this study, the data warehouse modeling technique used was FactConstellation. The study planned an academic data warehouse that was implementedusing the software Pentaho and visualized graphically with the software Tableau. Datawarehouse planning in the current study used the steps available for developing a datawarehouse. The result of this research is a data warehouse that presents comprehensiveinformation, relevant and integrated and can be viewed from various viewpoints, whichis expected to facilitate in decision making.
